Checking in from Greensboro

Just a quick check in from my blackberry!

I went for a run this morning and stopped at one of my favorite spots. If you look either way off this pedestrian bridge all you see is train tracks. I've always loved this spot and wanted to share it with you.

I ran 3.05 miles in 30 minutes and at weigh-in, I'm down to 161.9. Not much of a loss, but a little and I'll take it!

If I don't check in later, have a great weekend! Happy Friday!

I like to run on railroad tracks. The sound of the train behind me is always so soothing...

Have fun on your trip!
