So, about 12 Oreos and nausea later...

I got up this morning, a few minutes late, I walk outside and can't see 2 feet in front of me due to heavy fog, so I head to the gym. I set up my Nike+ for 3 miles (in my sleepy head I was thinking "I don't have time for a 5k this morning, I'll just do 3 miles instead" yeah, it made sense to me at the time!) and took off on the treadmill.

I usually run much better on the treadmill but this morning it honestly felt as if my legs were made of lead. It took every ounce of energy I had to but one foot in front of the other. I don't even think I ran a full mile. I made it 3 miles, but I mostly walked.

I think I know why I felt the way I did. Remember how I said I had planned for Oreos on Sunday? Yeah. I didn't plan for them last night. But they were in my house. They were calling to me from where they were hidden on the top shelf in my laundry room. I could hear them. Then I thought "Well, since I'm already eating them, let's just finish them off so they aren't in the house anymore..." So, about 12 oreos and nausea later, I'm laying on my floor like a bloated and beached beluga whale wondering how I could be so stupid. The bad part? I was totally OP yesterday until that point. I was having a GREAT day. So, I'm blaming my bad run today on the 12 oreos made of lead that were with me.

Today starts a new day. I will be OP. I will not binge.
